ICSA encourages members and others to attend conferences. Therefore, we try to have as liberal a cancellation policy as the particular conference will permit. Often we can give a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, up to the day of the conference. However, when conference attendance involves the purchase of meals, we cannot guarantee such a refund less than one week before the conference, because we must commit to a minimum number of meals 3-7 days before the conference.

We will work with you as much as we can. However, it is always better to cancel early, if you must.

Of course, since we depend upon donations, if you must cancel, please consider giving at least part of your registration fee as a donation and/or membership renewal.
