Fees and Registration Form
The Table below lists the fees for ICSA’s
2007 Annual International Conference at the Fondation Universitaire in
Brussels, Belgium. The student rate is for full-time students only. The
speaker rate is only for invited speakers or those who have had session
proposals accepted. All others pay
the regular rate, except those who receive ex-member assistance.
Payment must be in U.S. dollars.
Credit cards will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you pay by check, also please
pay in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank, or with an international money order in U.S.
dollars. Your contributions will help ex-members needing financial assistance
to attend. See discount columns for early registration fees. The conference
site has limited space, so we may have to close out registrations early.
Register as soon as practicable. Full-refund up to one-week before the
conference. Cancellations during the last week may be subject to a $25
administrative fee.

faxing it with your credit card information or mailing it with a check (U.S.
dollars on U.S. bank) or credit card number and expiration date.

Registrants must arrange for their own hotel
and meals. We have scheduled long meal breaks so registrants can take advantage
of the many restaurants in the area. Coffee breaks are included in the
registration fee.
