Aurelia Navarro

Aurelia Navarro is a freelance writer in Portland, OR. Ms. Navarro spent 16 years in the Nityananda Institute. During that period she was a hatha yoga instructor, an "intro teacher" for new members, and, beginning in 1982 , an editor with the ashram's then-new Rudra Press.
