Steps in Scheduling an Appointment with an Expert

1. Complete a survey that tell us more about your needs so that we can more efficiently assist you and direct you to the proper expert.
2. Receive e-mail response from ICSA with information on whom to call when.
3. Call expert (consultations are up to 30 minutes)
