In 2000 ICSA (then called American Family Foundation) worked on a joint project with the Center for Youth Studies, directed by Rev. Dean Borgman, Professor of Youth Ministry at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (GCTS) in Hamilton Massachusetts. The goal of the project was to provide young people with credible information on the world's major religious traditions. A useful achievement from the project was a "religion showcase" - see links to the left. Graduate students, who obtained advice from religion experts, wrote brief overviews of the religions and listed resources that provide additional information. You will find this information in the religion showcase pages.
A very useful resource from Virginia Commonwealth University is the The World Religions and Spirituality Project (WRSP). This website includes information on new religious movements as well as established religions.
