Please include a jpeg photo (at the highest possible resolution) and biographical sketch (less than 150 words) with your submission.

If there are co-authors to an article, all co-authors must give written permission and provide biographical sketches and (optional) jpeg photos.

Authors must provide full bibliographic data on sources cited and/or referenced.

If individuals are mentioned in the article because of a personal communication or because of their contributions to the planning or writing of the article, they should be properly cited and informed.

Appropriate submissions are reviewed by the relevant section editor and, when appropriate, editorial review advisors.
